LOS ANGELES — Services for Jimmie Elbert Brown Jr. were April 18 at St. Andrews M.B. Church in Los Angeles. Burial followed at Inglewood Park in Inglewood, Calif.

Mr. Brown died Monday, April 6, 2009, in St. Louis. He was 39.

He was a truck driver.

Survivors include his father, Jimmie Elbert Brown Sr. of Lake Charles, La.; his mother, Bobbie Lee Herron Brown of Los Angeles; a sister, Keisha Brown of Los Angeles; and other relatives, including Earstine Marley and Rosa McGowan of Vicksburg.
