Thomas Farrell McKnight and Rochelle Yvonne Gray were married at 3 p.m. June 6, 2009, at Clear Creek Golf Course in Bovina. The Rev. Douglas Harris officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Donna Gray and Michael Drake of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of the late Lewis Gray and Betty Davis of Vicksburg and Lucy Johnson of Tallulah and the late King Anderson.

The groom is the son of Barbara McKnight and the late Herbert McKnight of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of the late Fallie and Hezeki Copeland, the late Tometta Wynn and the late Herbert McKnight.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride’s chosen colors were chocolate, champagne and ivory.

Music for the ceremony was provided by DJ Ed.

Maid of honor was Cardiss Williams of Vicksburg. Matron of honor was Malisa Tyler of Vicksburg. Bridesmaids were ShanTia Parker and Tacorra Parker, both of Monroe; Shermeaka Watson of Port Gibson; and April Clark, Alicia Gray, Kizzy Butler, Mary Kaiser, Zykia Henderson and Anitra McKnight, all of Vicksburg.

Junior bridesmaids were Asia Davis and Carlisha Brooks, both of Vicksburg.

Gregory McKnight and Herbert McKnight Jr., both of Vicksburg, served as best men. Groomsmen were De-wayne Jackson and Curtis Judge, both of Dallas; Anquan Ferguson, Jonathan Copeland and Terrance Copeland, all of Jackson; and Cadell Shorter, Pardre Gray, Lorenzo Montgomery, Tyrone Brown, Raheim Davis and Timothy McKnight, all of Vicksburg.

Junior groomsmen were Devin Snow and Brandon McKnight, both of Vicksburg.

Ushers were Dean Douglas of San Diego, Calif., and Antwone Henderson of Vicksburg.

Flower girls were Khalea McKnight, Alexis Linzy, Jakema South and Destiny Blackmore, all of Vicksburg. Ring bearer was Tyrese Johnson of Vicksburg.

Thomas McKnight Jr. of Vicksburg served as bell boy.

A reception followed at Clear Creek.

Hostesses were Patricia Gray, Whitney Smith, Lisa McBride, Elmira Shorter, Belinda Johnson, Britney Gray and Mechell Stewart, all of Vicksburg.

The couple will make their home in Vicksburg. The bride is employed at Ameristar Casino, and the groom is employed at Rent-A-Center.
