Vehicles, purses stolen in city

Three auto burglaries and a residential burglary were reported in the city.
On Wednesday:
* A TV radio system valued at $480 was reported missing at 3:59 p.m. from a 2002 Ford Crown Victoria in the 1200 block of First North Street.
* A purse containing a wallet, identification cards and $140 was reported missing at 11:57 p.m. from a 2005 Nissan Altima in the 1200 block of Mission 66.
* Jewelry and a camcorder, value unknown, were reported missing at 2:24 p.m. from a home in the 1100 block of Second North Street.
Today:
* A purse containing identification cards and a credit card was reported missing at 4:58 a.m. from a 2005 Chevy Cavalier parked at Motel 6, 4127 N. Frontage Road.
Couch, generator among missing
A business burglary was reported at 9:20 a.m. Wednesday in the county.
A leather couch valued at $700, a Skil saw valued at $65, a boat battery valued at $60 and a gas generator valued at $350 were reported missing from Bill Harris Real Estate, 100-D Pear Orchard Drive.
