Russ Tucker of Birmingham, Ala., cracks a big smile as he climbs an 80-foot flagpole at Faulk’s Farm and Garden Center Wednesday to hang a new  flag rope. Tucker travels from coast to coast painting poles of all kinds and heights with only a pylypropylene rope as a harness.  He stops through Vicksburg about once every three years.
