NATCHEZ — The Natchez High pulled off one of the biggest upsets in high school basketball this season on Tuesday as they defeated the Warren Central 69-64.

How big of an upset was this? Warren Central went into the game with a 17-1 record and a No. 2 ranking in Class 5A. Keosha Bradley led Natchez (15-7) with a game-high 32 points and Alia Frank scored 24 points.

Despite the rankings and gaudy record that the Lady Vikes had entering this non-division game, the Lady Bulldogs were not going to be intimidated — especially on their home court. Natchez took a 17-16 lead at the end of the first quarter and even though Warren Central (17-2) took a four-point lead into halftime, Natchez was not discouraged.
