PORT GIBSON — Jason Christopher Curtis, infant son of Jason Curtis Sr. and Lisa Segrest, both of Port Gibson, died Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at Children’s Hospital in New Orleans.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Jashon Curtis of Port Gibson; five sisters, Mayalissa McNair and JaNiah Curtis, both of Port Gibson, and Jacshya Curtis, Trarese Curtis and Ladasia Curtis, all of Hermanville; his maternal grandparents, Emma Segrest of Port Gibson and Freddie McDaniels of Pattison; his paternal grandparents, Ollie M. Coleman of Carpenter and Andrew Thomas of Jackson; and aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Whitehall M.B. Church Cemetery in Port Gibson with the Rev. Ray Coleman officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home of Port Gibson.
