Paul Patel is the owner of the new Courtyard by Marriott at 1 Underwood Drive, top, and Comfort Suites, 100 Berryman Drive. Both opened this year. Comfort Suites has 66 suites and many in-room amenities. Courtyard has 111 rooms, two meeting rooms and an outdoor fire pit. Both have indoor saline pools, fitness centers and business centers.
