The Cub Scouts sell the 5-by-8-foot flags and raise the flags for members in the community as a fundraiser. Den 107, made up of about 40 Cub Scouts, will retire the old flag that was taken down at a later time. David is the son of Tom and Donna Osburn. Andy is the son of Mike and Susan Jennings.
