Miss Mississippi 2010 Sarah Beth James will be the guest speaker at the July meeting of the Vicksburg-Warren County Chamber of Commerce.

James, 20, was crowned July 10 in Vicksburg. She is a public relations and journalism student at Mississippi State University.
