A Vicksburg man and woman were in the Warren County Jail this morning on drug-related charges.

Justin Ray White, 24, 106 Meadowbrook Drive, was arrested at 3:27 p.m. Sunday in the 5200 block of U.S. 61 South after Warren County sheriff’s investigators received information he was in possession of a stolen tool box reported missing Friday from a home in the 700 block of Joyce Lane, Sheriff Martin Pace said.

Pace said while investigators were arresting him they saw a jar filled with chemicals and ingredients in the open bed of a truck. Deputies believe it was a shake-and-bake methamphetamine-manufacturing utensil.

She was arrested at 3:51 p.m. Sunday after deputies searched and found methamphetamine in her purse, Pace said. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance, but her charge could be upgraded, he said.

She was held without bond.
