Oil benefit July 31 at Vicksburg tavern

A Summer Benefit Bash for Gulf Coast fishermen and their families affected by the April 20 oil spill is set for July 31 at Duff’s Tavern & Grill.

The benefit will begin at 2 p.m. and end at midnight. Jimbo Mathis, Rockett 88 and L.C. Omar are among entertainers.

The restaurant and bar are at 1306 Washington St. Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door. Call 601-638-8828.
