FULTON, Ky. — Greg Rushing died Dec. 6, 2010, at his home in the Cayce Community, Ky. He was 66.

Mr. Rushing was born in Tylertown, Miss. He was a retired supervisor with the Rail Work Corp. and a member of Primitive Baptist Church in Clinton, Ky.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elijah and Lillie Rushing.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie Rushing of Cayce; three daughters, Amanda Barrett of Hickman, Ky., Sandy Dent of Ocean Springs and Beverly Yearwood of Vicksburg; a stepson, Larry Hamil of Hickman; four brothers, Emmette Rushing, Thomas Rushing, Joe Dan Rushing and Sonny Rushing, all of Vicksburg; a sister, Elaine Smith of Vicksburg; and four grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Strong Funeral Home in Hickman with the Rev. Eddie Hicks officiating. Burial will follow at Hickman City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and Friday from 11 a.m. until the service.

Pallbearers will be Scott Johnson, Dennis Warner, Jared Warner, Jeremy Newsom and Christopher Garrigus.
