Four Vicksburg people were in the Warren County Jail today on methamphetamine-related charges.

At 11:55 Monday night, Vicksburg patrolmen charged Kimberly Chapman, 19, 3994 Mississippi 27, with possession of precursor chemicals at Clay and First North streets after stopping her for driving without headlights, police Lt. Bobby Stewart said.

An investigation following Chapman’s arrest led Vicksburg police and Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics agents to charging three others with possession of precursors, Stewart said.

At about 10 a.m. Tuesday at 3650 Warriors Trail, officials arrested Amanda Harris, 25, No. 4 Summit Ridge Drive; Travis Arnold, 21, 9150 Freetown Road; and Billy Westbrook, 21, Stewart said.

Warren County records showed Harris, Arnold and Westbrook booked on manufacturing methamphetamine.

Chapman was being held on a $5,000 bond. Harris, Westbrook and Arnold were being held without bond pending an initial appearance in court.
