Services for Elijah Baldwin Sr. will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Cool Springs M.B. Church with the Rev. Sammy Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Green Acres Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6 until 7 p.m. Friday at W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home and Saturday at the church from 10 a.m. until the service.

Mr. Baldwin died Tuesday, June 8, 2010, at River Region Medical Center. He was 99.

Born in Edwards, he was a member of St. Luke M.B. Church and was retired from the Corps of Engineers Mat Sinking Unit.
