The Warren County Extension Office is offering a Quick Bites Interactive Video Seminar called How Will the New Credit and Debit Card Rules Affect You?

The free event, offered through the Mississippi State University Extension Service, will be from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday.

Dr. Bobbie Shaffett will discuss new credit card rules and what they mean.
