June 19 bash in Utica to feature jazz, blues

The Southern Style Father’s Day and Family Day Bash featuring live blues and jazz entertainment will be June 19 in Utica.

The event, hosted by B.Q. Stables and S&S Enterprise of Utica, will feature live entertainment by T.K. Soul of Louisiana, Keesha Pratt of Jackson, Omar Cunningham of Alabama and Robert “The Duke” Tillman of the Gulf Coast, as well as a horse show and children’s activities.

Gates open at noon; horse shows begin at 2 p.m.; and concert grounds open at 4:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 in advance and are available at Be-Bop Records on Pemberton Square Boulevard and LD’s Kitchen on Mulberry Street in Vicksburg. Advance tickets are also available in Utica at Utica Cleaners, 101 W. Main St., and in Port Gibson at Parker Cellular Number, 1092 U.S. 61 North. Tickets at the gate are $25 per person and $5 for children ages 6 to 12.
