A Vicksburg man was in the Warren County Jail this morning, accused of possession of a half-pound of marijuana with intent to sell, Vicksburg police Sgt. Sandra Williams said.

Ernest Addae, 25, 780 U.S. 61 North, Apt. 16G, was stopped at 5:14 p.m. Monday for a traffic violation on U.S. 61 North near the Interstate 20 exit ramp by a K9 police unit. After a search of the car, pot was found under the hood. Addae was out on bond from Adams County for marijuana possession, Williams said.

Addae was being held without bond pending an initial court hearing.
