Achievements

• Cadet Matthew William Jenkins has graduated from the U.S. Military Academy, where he concentrated in civil engineering management. A 2006 graduate of Vicksburg Catholic School, he is the son of Col. Richard Jenkins of Sammamish, Wash. He was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army within the Infantry branch and will report to Fort Knox, Ky., for his first assignment.
