Michael McGrane

Michael “Mike” McGrane died Wednesday, April 21, 2010, at River Region Medical Center. He was 72.
Born in Albuquerque, N.M., Mr. McGrane was a former resident of Greenville and had been a resident of Vicksburg since 1970. He was the son of the late Joseph Charles McGrane and Maxine Fletcher McGrane.
He served in the Air Force and was stationed in Germany and Spain. He was an amateur radio operator with the call number W5ACF.
Mr. McGrane was a retired employee of Kar Klean and was a member of the Catholic faith.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Louise McGrane of Vicksburg; and a son, Mitchell Nosser McGrane of New Orleans.
A Celebration of Life service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Riles Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. P. J. Curley, pastor of St. Michael Catholic Church, officiating. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the service.
