Seven sentenced in Warren County Circuit Court

In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• Leon Blackmore, 22, 1225 Bowmar Ave., pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to 220 days in jail followed by five years of probation, plus a $1,000 fine, $2,500 in restitution and $322.50 in costs. Blackmore, who was also ordered to obtain his GED within one year, was arrested April 1.

• Jemarcus Curry, 19, 3505 Washington St., was found guilty of violating probation and sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to six years in prison. Curry was arrested Sept. 8, 2009 for sale of cocaine.

• Cedric D. Gleese, 34, 605 Holly Ridge Drive, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and was sentenced by Patrick to five years in prison followed by five years of probation, plus a $3,000 fine and $622.50 in costs. Gleese was indicted by the grand jury in August 2009.

• Kelli T. Harrell, 42, 3546 Warriors Trail, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Patrick to the Ninth Circuit Court Drug Court Program for a period not to exceed five years, plus a $1,000 fine and $1,122.50 in fees and costs. Harrell was arrested Feb. 9, 2009.

• Jennifer K. Linear, 19, 1628 Crawford St., pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and was sentenced by Patrick to five years of probation, plus a $1,500 fine and $322.50 in costs. Linear was arrested June 1.

• Donal L. Ragsdale, 34, 2427 Oak St., Apt. 8, was found guilty of violating probation and sentenced by Chaney to three years of probation, plus $3,665.45 in fines, fees and costs. Ragsdale was arrested Aug. 23, 2007 for felony bad check.

• Joshua Redditt, 29, 1224 Lee Drive, Pearl, pleaded guilty to two counts of grand larceny and was sentenced by Chaney to two years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections Intensive Supervision Program (house arrest) followed by three years of probation, plus a $1,000 fine, $2,380 in restitution and $322.50 in costs. Redditt was arrested Feb. 2.

In Sharkey County:

• Steven K. Heigle, 28, 58 Athletic Drive, Rolling Fork, was found guilty of violating probation and sentenced by Patrick to five years in prison and the extended Drug and Alcohol Program, followed by two years of house arrest and three years of probation. Heigle was indicted by the grand jury in January 2009 for DUI 3rd offense.
