Wilbert Eugene Minor died Sunday, Aug. 22, 2010. He was 56.

Mr. Minor was employed by Cooper Lighting Co. for 21 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Benard and Rosa Lee Minor; two brothers, John “Joe” Minor and Charles E. Minor; and a sister, Edna Minor-Harrison.

Survivors include his wife, Janice L. Minor; two daughters, Chikieta S. Minor-Clark of Tampa, Fla., and Keenasha T. Minor of Vicksburg; one sister, Inez Summers of Vicksburg; two brothers, David B. Minor and Karl Minor, both of Vicksburg; two granddaughters; and other relatives, including members of the Minor, Summers and Harrison families.
