William Samuel “Killer” Ragan died Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010, at University of Mississippi Medical Center. He was 58.

Mr. Ragan was employed at Atwood Chevrolet for more than 30 years.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Brooks; and two sisters, Connie Ward and Mary Frances Eastman.

Survivors include his mother, Carrie Flowers of Vicksburg; one daughter, April Collins of Memphis; four brothers, Erron Flowers and Tillman Flowers, both of Vicksburg, Jimmie Williams of Jackson and Louis Williams of Harvey, Ill.; two sisters, Barbara Witchett and Hattie Jones, both of Vicksburg; two grandchildren; and other relatives and friends, including Ernestine Wright of Vicksburg.

Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
