• Tabled an application from Gulf South Pipeline involving tests planned to parts of the 270-mile East Texas to Mississippi Expansion natural gas transmission pipeline, completed in 2007. Tests will involve boring small holes at 3-foot intervals under parts of county-maintained roadways crossed by the 242-mile pipeline. The company has put up a $100,000 bond to cover damages, Board President Richard George said.
