Ken Whittington of the Bovina Volunteer Fire Department begins to roll up fire hoses after firefighters extinguished a car fire near the Flowers exit of the Interstate 20 eastbound lane early Monday afternoon. Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace said the initial emergency call indicated a wreck had occurred and deputies found the car on fire. The two occupants escaped without injury.
