• Alex Habeeb Family LLC to Jay Ganpati LLC; Section 28, Township 16N, Range 3E; 2.19 acres off South Frontage Road

• RW Real Estate LLC and S.M.H. LLC to Harrell Development Properties; Section 2, Township 18N, Range 2E; .55 acres off Eagle Lake Shore Road
