Timothy F. Bailey has been commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army after completing the Army ROTC program and graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University. He will attend an officer basic course before attending officer leadership courses for career progression purposes.

He is the son of Gwendolyn Bailey of Glen Allan and Hezekiah Bailey of Cary.
