Leo Colenburg

Services for Leo Colenburg will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Shiloh M.B. Church with the Rev. Willie J. Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the church Saturday from noon until the service.
Mr. Colenburg died Friday, Feb. 18, 2011, at his home. He was 79.
He was retired from the Waterways Experiment Station, where he was employed in environmental services. He was a licensed carpenter and former owner/operator of the Slipper’s Inn in Vicksburg. Mr. Colenburg was born in Jefferson County and was a member of Shiloh M. B. Church. He was also a veteran of the Korean War.
