County man jailed in girlfriend’s choking

A Warren County man was being held this morning on charges of domestic aggravated assault.

Sean W. Waters, no age available, was arrested at his home at 201 Walter St., at about 1 Saturday morning after assaulting and choking his girlfriend, Vicksburg police Deputy Chief Mitchell Dent said.
