Three additional wildlife officers have joined Warren County deputies patrolling Eagle Lake and other flood areas.

Sheriff Martin Pace said the three are in addition to the five deputies and three other officers from the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks already posted on flood patrol in the area.

“A great thing is each of them came in with a 4-wheeler and a boat,” he said, “so we have more access on the lake.”
