RICHTON — Betty L. Winstead, 68, died Sunday, Dec. 25, 2011, at her home. Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Forrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Mrs. Winstead was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary Ashley; and one sister, Virginia Curtis.

She is survived by her husband, Marvin R. Winstead of Richton; a daughter, Tammy L. Edwards of Richton; a son, Marvin Ray Winstead Jr. and daughter-in-law Amy of Richton; two sisters, Inez Elwart of Vicksburg and Billie Tucci of California; one brother, William Ashley Jr. of Vicksburg; and four grandchildren, Casey Edwards, Regan Winstead, Ethan Winstead and Paxton Winstead.

Visitation will be today from noon until 1 p.m. at Moore Funeral Home in Petal.
