County and city officials will walk the catwalk Thursday in the second annual Live United Fashion Expo and Taste of Vicksburg to benefit the United Way of West Central Mississippi.

Warren County and City of Vicksburg elected officials and employees will model threads from local shops and department stores. The event also will feature a tasting session of foods from various local restaurants.

“We’re raising money for United Way while promoting the businesses and restaurants in the River City,” said event chairman and Warren County Deputy Tax Assessor Angela Brown. “Last year, we had a blast and raised a lot of money.”

Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door.
