Jackson was arrested at his home Wednesday after the Warren County Sheriff’s Department searched the property on a warrant, issued following an investigation dating to early January. During the raid, the department’s canine officer, Zeus, was injured. He is recovering at home.

Jackson was convicted in 1991 of selling marijuana, and sentenced then to three years in prison. But at least part of it was suspended.
