Thomas C. Buell

Thomas C. Buell died Friday, Oct. 21, 2011, at River Region Medical Center. He was 65.
Born in Vicksburg, Mr. Buell was the son of the late William E. Buell and Mildred Finklea Buell. He was a graduate of St. Aloysius High School, Class of 1965.
Mr. Buell retired from the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad as an electrician. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
Mr. Buell was an avid LSU fan, outdoorsman and an active member of the Rawhide Hunting Club. He was a communicant of St. Michael Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Marsha Coccaro Buell of Vicksburg; two daughters, Lisa Blue (Kevin) of Broken Arrow, Okla., and Tricia Buschlen (Brad) of Oxford, Miss.; a son, Thomas C. Buell Jr. of Madison, Miss.; four grandchildren, Jon Michael Blue, Josh Blue, Ethan Buschlen and Keaton Buschlen; and five brothers, Billy Buell, Jimmy Buell, Glynn Buell, Jerry Buell and Paul Buell
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Buell
Services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church with Rev. P. J. Curley, Pastor, officiating. Burial will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday at Riles Funeral Home from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. with Prayer Services at 4 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Buell, Glynn Buell, Billy Moore, Buddy Douglas, Joe Coccaro, Philip Clark, Jon Michael Blue and Josh Blue.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Rawhide Hunting Club.
