HOUSTON, Texas — Services for Hazel Diane Erves Leonard will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hickory Tree M.B. Church. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 until 8 p.m. Friday with the family being present from 6 until 8 at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Leonard died Friday, Oct. 7. 2011, at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center in Houston. She was 50.
