Members of Cub Scout Pack 107 and Boy Scouts from Troop 102 lead a flag procession from the Old Court House Museum during Saturday’s bell ringing ceremony to honor Constitution Week, which began Saturday and ends on Friday. The Constitution was signed in September 1787.
