Mr. and Mrs. Steve Bell of Madison announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary Elizabeth Rebecca, to Cody Weatherbee Miller of Brandon. Mr. Miller is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Lenward Miller of Rolling Fork.

Miss Bell is the granddaughter of Helen H. Bell and the late James F. Bell of Pope and the late Rev. and Mrs. Edward S.T. Hale of Brookhaven.

Mr. Miller is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lake Erie Miller of Anguilla and the late Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Zoma Weatherbee of Smithville.

The bride-elect graduated from high school in 2004. She attended the University of Southern Mississippi. She teaches special education students for the Madison County Schools.

The prospective groom graduated from high school in 2000. He attended Mississippi Delta Community College and Northeast Community College. He has been employed by the East Oktibbeha Volunteer Fire Department in Starkville and plans to return to school in August.

The wedding will be at 5 p.m. April 30, 2011, at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church in Jackson. A reception will follow in the Parish Hall at the church. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.
