Six guilty in Warren Circuit Court

In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:
• Henry Armstead, 28, 2418 Halls Ferry Road, Apt. 2, pleaded guilty to non-residential burglary and three counts of motor vehicle larceny and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to five years in prison, two years of probation, plus a $1,000 fine, $645 in court costs and $1,200 in restitution.
• Jonathan Cole, 22, 522 Farmer St., was found guilty of violating probation and sentenced by Chaney to five years in prison plus unspecified fines, fees and restitution associated with his original sentencing. Cole was arrested March 26, 2009 for business burglary and grand larceny.
• Anthony Ray Evans, 28, 3009 Oak St., pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to 10 months in jail followed by five years of probation, plus a $1,000 fine, $322.50 in costs and $200 in restitution. Evans was arrested Dec. 22.
• Wade Tyrone Gaskin, 25, 2011 Floyd Ave., was found guilty of violating probation and sentenced by Patrick to the Ninth District Circuit Court Drug Court Program, plus fines, fees and restitution totaling $3,131.29, Gaskin was arrested Sept. 25, 2008 for malicious mischief.
• Reginald Benard Scott, 24, 922 Polk St., was found guilty of violating probation and sentenced by Chaney to five years in prison, plus outstanding fines, fees and restitution associated with his original sentencing. Scott was arrested Sept. 3, 2007.
• James Terrell Ward, 32, 1502 Spring St., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Patrick to five years in prison followed by five years of probation, plus a $1,500 fine and $622.50 in costs. Ward was arrested Dec. 9.
