Miss Williams to marry Mr. Rusche on Sept. 24

The engagement of Amanda Nicole Williams to Joseph Paul Rusche, both of Vicksburg, is announced today. The wedding will be at 11 a.m. Sept. 24, 2011, at Bovina Baptist Church. A reception will follow. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Miss Williams is the daughter of Kimbilia Lynn Williams and Johnie Norman Williams, both of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of Richard and Linda Miller of Vicksburg and Norman Williams and the late Trudy Williams of Eagle Lake. She is the great-granddaughter of the late Wheeler and Patsy Prescott of Reform, Ala.; Stella Myers of Vicksburg; and Daisy Daniels of Eagle Lake.
Mr. Rusche is the son of Cindy Craft and Paul Rusche, both of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of J.C. and Floyce Brown, K.B. Brown Sr. and Edgar L. and Fay Hazzlerigg, all of Vicksburg, and the late Joseph Clifton Rusche.
The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of Warren Central High School, where she was a member of Skills USA. She is pursuing a barber/stylist degree from Hinds Community College, where she was on the dean’s list.
The prospective groom is a 2002 graduate of Warren Central High School. He is employed with the Vicksburg Fire Department.
