Margaret Abbott, 86, hugs one of her handmade rag dolls Thursday in her apartment at Heritage House. Abbott has made 914 of the dolls since the 1950s and has donated the proceeds to various charities. The dolls are made to order and cost $35. All proceeds from doll sales go to the American Cancer Society.
