SAGINAW, Mich. — Services for Dorothy Lee Jones will be at noon Saturday at Zion Traveler M.B. Church with the Rev. James Archer officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 until 6 p.m. Friday at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home with family present from 5 until 6.

Mrs. Jones died Wednesday, March 9, 2011, at Covenant Medical Center-Cooper in Saginaw, Mich. She was 63.

She was born in Vicksburg to Willie Davis Sr. and Doris Davis.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ned Henry Jones Sr.; and one daughter, Toccoa “Cocoa” Morris.

Survivors include six sons, Larry Davis, Melvin Davis, Ned Henry Jones Jr. and LaMarcus Morris, all of Vicksburg, Clarence Jones of Jackson and Todd Morris of Saginaw; two daughters, Trona Myles of Vicksburg and Tabatha Jones of Jackson; four sisters, Betty Smith and Patricia Allen-Sims, both of Vicksburg, Janie Mae Gray of Saginaw and Ozella Mays of Muskegon Heights, Mich.; two brothers, Willie Davis of Vicksburg and William “Bill” Davis of Pittsburgh, Pa.; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends, including Jessie Jones and Bennie Miller.
