Laura Elizabeth Hendricks and Tyler Edward Walker, both of Vicksburg, will be married at 4 p.m. Oct. 27, 2012, at Lake St. John, 2762 Highway 569 in Ferriday, La. A reception will follow. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Miss Hendricks is the daughter of Steve and Bonnie Chambliss of Vicksburg, Mark and Tammy Hendricks of Ferriday and Charles and Lynn Reeves of Natchez. She is the granddaughter of Karen Lofton of Natchez and the late Donald Lofton, the late Jimmy and Jean Hendricks and Carolyn Alwood Hendricks and the late John Wayne Perry.

Mr. Walker is the son of Chip and Tracee Walker of Tallulah. He is the grandson of Alice Eubanks of Tallulah and the late John Eubanks and Donald Walker of Shreveport and the late Mary Ann Sanders.

The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Porters Chapel, where she was a member of the National Honor Society and Key Club. She is attending Mississippi Institute of Cosmetology.

The prospective groom is a 2005 graduate of Tallulah Academy, where he played varsity football. He attended Delta Community College and is employed with Nabors Drilling International.
