SUMMIT — Charles William Hutson Sr. passed away Monday, Sept. 10, 2012, at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center. He was 78.

Mr. Hutson was born April 6, 1934, in Franklin County. He was the son of Julian and Alleen Wentworth Hutson.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Judy Lum Hutson of McComb; his children, Charles W. Hutson Jr. and wife Janet of Ridgeland, Beth Allen and husband Darrell of McComb and Michael Hutson and wife Jennifer of Brookhaven; one brother-in-law, Earl Lum and wife Cay; two sisters-in-law, Susan Runnels and husband John and Peggy Gay and husband Keith; eight grandchildren, Will Hutson, Conner Hutson, Andy Allen, Hut Allen, Claire Allen, Michael Haynes Hutson, Elizabeth Hutson and Emory Hutson.

Services will be at 11 a.m. at Jones Family Funeral Services of McComb with the Rev. David Cumbest and Connie Felter officiating. Burial will follow at Hollywood Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the service at the funeral home.
