Guns, TVs missing in city burglaries

Guns and televisions were missing this morning following three burglaries Monday.

At 9:59 a.m., a Hi-Point 9 mm pistol valued at $140 was reported missing from a car in the 100 block of Ironwood Drive, according to sheriff’s department records.

At 5:38 p.m., $100 and a Larson .380-caliber pistol valued at $200 were reported stolen from a home in the 1500 block of Ethel Street, police Capt. Bobby Stewart said.

At 9:18 p.m., a 32-inch Vizio TV valued at $300 and a 52-inch Vizio TV valued at $700 were reported missing in the 1300 block of Bay Street, Stewart said.
