A Utica man was in the Warren County Jail this morning for two counts of sale of a controlled substance, Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace said.

Marques Demby, 25, 1123 Casey Road, was arrested Friday around 6 p.m. after an undercover investigation by the Warren County Sheriff’s Department, Pace said.

Demby is charged with selling in Warren County the prescription drug Adderall, used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. He was being held without bond.
