Max Johnson Jr. of Cleveland, Tenn. passed away Saturday, Aug. 16, 2014. He was 65.

Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by parents, Max and Miltie Johnson Sr.

He is survived by wife, Peggy Johnson; sons, Kris (Becky) Mitchell and Brian Mitchell; daughter, Tammy Mitchell; a brother, Frank (Beryl) Johnson; a sister, Mary MacLennon; seven grandchildren, Kayla, Kyle, Kody, Isaac, Ethan and Jakob Mitchell and Audrey Ugas; five nephews and nieces, Michael (Missy) MacLeannon, Sarah Henderson, David, Grace and Hillary Johnson; and great-nephews and great-nieces, Cody, Grace, and Jeb MacLeannon, Lily Henderson and Rowan and Dawson Johnson.
