Charles Thomas Pendleton

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. — Charles Thomas “Little Charles” Pendleton, 72, of Russellville, died Sunday, Aug. 17, 2014, at his home.

He was born Dec. 17, 1941, in Vicksburg to Thomas Joseph and Ella Porter Pendleton. He attended Warren County Public Schools in Vicksburg, and was an automobile mechanic for more than 30 years. He was a member of The Regulator Bikers Club.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his parents; and five brothers, Sylvester Pendleton, Thomas Joseph Pendleton, LeRoy Pendleton, Joseph Pendleton and Rally Pendleton.

Survivors include three sons, Charles Pendleton Jr. of Mississippi, Deandre Pendleton of Texas, and LeRoy Pendleton of Louisiana; three daughters, Tosha James of Florida, Shantrel Pendleton, of Texas, and Mary Pendleton of Mississippi; a sister, Mary Gardner of Aurora, Ill.; and 19 grandchildren.

A graveside service and burial will be at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 23, 2014, at Rest Haven Memorial Park, officiated by Bro. James Whitlock, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends on Friday evening, from 5-6 p.m., at the funeral home.
