Frances Barnes died Monday, Sept. 1, 2014 in Port Gibson. She was 23.
Ms. Barnes was preceded in death by her daughter, Shamiya Campbell; her grandparents, Kelly Dee Sr. and Jewel Dee; and an uncle, Danny Ray Hicks.
Survivors include four daughters, MaKiya Barnes, La’Niyah Campbell, ZaMaria Campbell and KaMaria Barnes; four sisters, Jamyma Barnes, Betty Barnes, K’Breona Barnes and Jaqunta Dee; six brothers, John Barnes, Curtis Barnes, Akeen Barnes, JaKyrun Barnes, Kevin Johnson and Keelan Johnson; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Services are 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 7, 2014 at Rising Sun Baptist Church in Port Gibson, under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home. Visitation is 12:30 p.m. until the hour of service. Burial will follow at Ashland Cemetery in Port Gibson.
