Miss Goode to marry Mr. James Nov. 15

The engagement of Jennifer Rose Goode to Frank “Trey” James III, both of Hattiesburg, is announced today.
Miss Goode is the daughter of George May, Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Conelius and Rose M. Sipp, all of Hattiesburg. She is the granddaughter of the late Rev. and Mrs. Edward and Emma May, Eula Mae Jones and the late Bill Thompson.
Mr. James is the son of Frank, Jr. and Ellaine R. James of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of the late Frank, Sr. and Lille Belle James and the late Jesse J. and Henriene W. Hayes, all of Vicksburg.
The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of East Marion High where she was a member of Beta Club, HS cheerleader, choir, and honors club. In 2011, she received her Associate of Science in Nursing from Pearl River Community College. In December 2014, she will receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Lousiana at Lafayette. She is a Registered Nurse at Windham House Nursing Center in Hattiesburg.
The prospective groom is a 1999 graduate of Vicksburg High School where he was president of the senior class, a member of national honor society, key club, student council, VHS gator band, Spanish club, and just say no. He attended University of Southern Mississippi where he received a leadership scholarship and a degree in Management Information Systems in 2004. He is a General Manager at Hilton Garden Inn in Hattiesburg.
Vows will be exchanged at 3 p.m. Nov. 15, 2014 at Jackie Dole Sherrill Community Center.
A reception will follow on site.
