Annie Ruth Jones of Vicksburg died Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014, at Central Mississippi Medical Center. She was 56.

Ms. Jones was a 1976 graduate of Vicksburg High School and was employed with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers MAT Sinking Unit. She was a member of the Jones Chapel M. B. Church

W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
