Wilma Washington Taylor

Wilma Washington Taylor died Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014, at River Region Medical Center. She was 58.

A former resident of New Orleans, she moved to Vicksburg in 2006 and was employed with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbert and Thelma Washington.

Survivors include her son, Justin Taylor of College Station, Texas; a granddaughter; two sisters, Doris Hayman of Atlanta and Iris Garnier of New Orleans; and a nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014, in New Orleans.
